Day 15 of the Crypto World Cup had some neck-to-neck matches. There were four matches in total today but all eyes were on the Justin Sun vs. Satoshi Nakamoto match. Today’s matches concluded the final day of round one of the Crypto World Cup!

Match 1: Jack Dorsey 0-1 Warren Buffett
Jack Dorsey came up short today as he lost to Warren Buffett by only one goal. It was a tight match and Buffett scored in the 74th minute. There were only two yellow cards the entire match.
Dorsey will not be moving on to the Round of 16. However, Buffett did make it past the first round of the Crypto World Cup and will face Justin Sun on Tuesday.
Match 2: Andreas Antonopoulos 0-1 Don Tapscott
Andreas Antonopoulos came up short today in his match against Don Tapscott. However, that didn’t really matter as Antonopoulos scored enough points in the previous matches of the first round to push himself to the top 16.
Tapscott scored in the 59th minute of the match and there was only one yellow card thrown.
Despite his best efforts, Tapscott did not make the cut. Antonopoulos will face off against Satoshi Nakamoto on Monday.
Match 3: Justin Sun 0-1 Satoshi Nakamoto
Justin Sun fell short today, losing to Satoshi Nakamoto 0-1. However, both players have scored enough points in the previous matches to push them through to the Round of 16.
Nakamoto scored in the 51st minute of the match and only two yellow cards were thrown all match.
Nakamoto will face off against Antonopoulos on Monday and Sun will face off against Buffett the following day.
Match 4: Tom Lee 1-2 Jed McCaleb
Jed McCaleb slid past Tom Lee today with a victory of 2-1. Neither competitor scored enough points in the beginning matches and this match was more of a “friendly” competition.
This is the end of the road for these two competitors in the Crypto World Cup.
